Riyadh: The Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced its decision to impose fines of SAR 20,000 on four companies listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The fines, which total SAR 80,000 are due to the violation of rules after disclosing incorrect information in its market announcements.

The companies are namely Arabian Pipes, Saudi Cable, Saudi Arabian Amiantit, and Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance.
