MOSCOW- Russian producers see August as a good time to further ease oil output cuts despite the expected return of Iranian oil to the market as the market is in deficit, an industry source told Reuters on Tuesday.

"Limping" U.S. production also supports the case for easing the curbs, the source said.

Sources have said that OPEC+, a group of leading oil producers, is discussing a further gradual increase in oil output from August due to recovering demand, though no decision had been taken on the exact volume.
