* Spot premiums for December-loading al-Shaheen crude rebounded after Qatar Energy sold three cargoes via a tender to Chinese buyers, trade sources said

* The cargoes were sold at an average premium of $2.34 a barrel above Dubai quotes, they said, after premiums hit five-month lows last month  

* Chinaoil bought the first cargo at a premium of $2.50 a barrel while Unipec took the remaining two at premiums of $2.25 a barrel, they said

* Qatar Energy set the December term premium at $2.48 a barrel, the highest in two months

* The cargoes will load on Dec. 4-5, 28-29, 29-30
