Egyptian Kuwaiti Holding has purchased 537,472 shares in Delta Insurance (DEIN) at an average price of EGP 45.18 per share, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

As a result, EKH’s stake in Delta Insurance has increased to 63.22% from 61.514%.

The total value of the shares’ purchase transaction amounted to EGP 24.28 million.

The transaction has been executed by Al Ahly Pharos Securities Brokerage.

Egyptian Kuwaiti Holding is an Egypt-based investment company with a diversified portfolio of investments in sectors, including fertilizers and petrochemicals, energy, insurance, manufacturing, information technology, transport, and infrastructure.

Delta Insurance is an Egyptian company operating in the provision of life and non-life insurance and reinsurance services.
