Cairo – Dice Sport and Casual Wear turned to net profits of EGP 5.89 million in the first half (H1) of 2021, versus net losses of EGP 92.76 million in H1-20, including minority shareholders' rights, the consolidated financial results showed.

The sales grew to EGP 666.26 million in the January-June period from EGP 445.11 million in the corresponding period a year earlier, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

Earlier, the company reported its standalone net losses at EGP 13.615 million in H1-21, down from EGP 101.507 million in H1-20.

In the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, the company turned to consolidated net profits of EGP 4.06 million, versus net losses of EGP 43.26 million in Q1-20, including minority shareholders' rights.

The standalone net losses declined to EGP 6.64 million in Q1-21 from EGP 47.95 million in Q1-20.
