KUWAIT- Coronavirus vaccines will be optional and free to all citizens and residents of Kuwait, the Gulf state's prime minister said on Wednesday, in comments reported in al-Qabas newspaper.

Prime Minister Sabah al-Khalid al-Sabah was speaking at a meeting of various ministers.
