UAE – Mubasher: The non-oil trade exchange between the UAE and Saudi Arabia valued at AED 417.6 billion ($113.71 billion) over the past five years, Emirates New Agency (WAM) reported.

In 2018, the non-oil trade exchange between the two countries valued at AED 107.4 billion, up 35% from AED 79.2 billion in 2017, the UAE’s minister of the economy Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori said.

Saudi Arabia dominates 7% of the UAE’s total non-oil trade with the world, Al Mansoori pointed out, adding that the kingdom controls 25% of the UAE’s non-oil trade with the Arab nations.

He further noted that Saudi Arabia came in the first spot in terms of goods re-exporting from the UAE last year, acquiring around 10% of the UAE’s total re-exportation.
