AMMAN — Lower House Speaker Abdulmunim Oddat on Tuesday held two separate meetings with Oman and Kazakhstan's ambassadors to Jordan Helal Marhoun Al Mumari and Aidarabek Tumatov over enhancing parliamentary ties and advancing cooperation in all fields.

During his meeting with the Omani diplomat, Oddat lauded the Jordanian-Omani historical and strategic ties, expressing appreciation of Omani Shura council’s efforts towards supporting the Palestinian people, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

Mumari highlighted the efforts of the two countries’ leaderships towards serving Arab causes. During the meeting with the Kazakhstani envoy, talks went over the Kingdom’s efforts towards receiving and serving refugees. Tumatov expressed his country’s appreciation of the Jordanian role in maintaining regional security and stability.
