MANAMA: Solidarity Bahrain has announced the completion of a ‘Communication Strategies’ workshop organised virtually for over 140 employees due to the current situation.

The insurance firm said the aim was to keep employees aware about industry trends in order to offer best recommendations and insights to clients and prospects.

Solidarity Bahrain customer care and quality assurance manager Husain Shams said, “We are committed to constantly provide training courses to our employees and invest in them by sharpening their knowledge and skills. We strive to put our employee experience as well as the customer experience at the top of our priorities.”

He added, “Communication strategies workshop was conducted to ensure employees deliver top notch services to our customers and clients”.

The aim of the workshop was to provide employees the right tools to build their own professional and career development strategies, which reflect positively on employee experience as well as customer experience.

Solidarity Bahrain has been conducting a series of training workshops throughout the year that support human capital development.

The emphasis has been on the benefits of continuous learning and extending full support to employees by offering them self and career enhancement opportunities which will positively reflect on the overall service offering.
