Dubai – Mubasher: UAE-based Seven Tides will establish a residential project named Seven City JLT in Dubai’s Jumeirah Lake Towers, CEO Abdullah bin Sulayem has said.

The total cost of Seven City JLT amounted to AED 1.3 billion ($350 million) and it will contain around 2,635 units, Sulayem added.

The project will feature five floors of podium and 27 floors of residential units, with two basement parking areas dedicated to the retail portion of the project.

“Basically, whoever is living there can enjoy their lifestyle without having to go in a car. We need to have a good mix,” Sulayem commented.

Moreover, the building will overlook the Emirates and Montgomerie golf clubs, as well as views of the Palm Jumeirah, the Ain Dubai observation wheel, the lakes at JLT and Jumeirah Islands, the CEO said.

“Today you need to think out of the box. There are usually three towers in each cluster, but this [new] design reduces the time of construction,” Sulayem noted.

The property builder has finished around 15% of the project scheduled for completion by the third quarter of 2021.
