Dubai –  Construction works of Dubai towers, namely Cleopatra Tower and Aladdin Tower at Living Legends and The Court Tower, are expected to be finished within the coming six months.

Saudi developer Tanmiyat Group and its partner Beijing Emirates International Construction Company (BEC) expected the handover of the $100 million projects to be early next year.

“We are highly considering expanding our business relationship for our future projects,” Abdulazizi Al Majed, deputy CEO of Tanmiyat, said.

Dubai towers comprise more than 500 residential and commercial units.

They also feature a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment, as well as penthouses.

The construction of Cleopatra Tower is expected to be finished at the beginning of 2019, while Aladdin Tower is scheduled to be completed in February 2019.

Located at Business Bay, more than 80% The Court Tower, which will offer 280,000 square feet of office space, 198 apartments and 28,000 square feet of retail space to the Water Canal, has been sold out.
