Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Paper Manufacturing (SPM) Company announced that its board of directors has approved the Chairman’s resolution to terminate the CEO’s contract.

Moreover, the board has decided to appoint Khalid Abu Hana as the company’s new CEO, replacing Hassan bin Mraizen Asiree, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

Abu Hana has worked in the financial sector for more than 25 years, most recently serving as the company’s treasurer, the statement noted.
