ArabFinance: Integrated Diagnostics Holdings (IDH) (IDHC) has opened 14 new branches in the Egyptian market during the first half (H1) of 2021, according to a press release.

This comes as part of the companys expansion strategy and growth plan, IDH pointed out.

The company is on track to implement its expansion strategy, which aims at launching 30 to 35 new branches annually.

This will strengthen IDHs leading position in the diagnostic services market in Egypt.

IDH continues its pivotal role in assisting the governments of Egypt and Jordan in combating the spread of the COVID-19 through providing a number of diagnostic tests related to the pandemic at its labs or through home visits, the CEO of IDH Hend El-Sherbini said.

It is worth noting that IDH reported a consolidated net profit before minority interest of EGP 668.210 million for H1 of 2021, compared to EGP 178.76 million in H1 2020.

IDH is a consumer healthcare company in the Middle East and Africa with operations in Egypt, Jordan, Sudan, and Nigeria. The Groups core brands include Al Borg, Al Borg Scan, and Al Mokhtabar in Egypt, as well as Biolab in Jordan, Ultralab, and Al Mokhtabar Sudan both in Sudan and Echo-Lab in Nigeria.
