Cairo – The Egyptian Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly, announced the establishment of five industrial complex to serve small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

In his speech to the House of Representatives on Monday, Madbouly said these complexes, which include 2,290 units, has created about 10,000 jobs, according to state-run TV.

A total of 2.3 million people benefited from the micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) development programme between 2018 and 2020 out of total 3.6 million targeted by the end of 2022.
