Riyadh –  The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) has suspended trading on the shares of Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. and Middle East Specialized Cables Co. (MESC) for one trading session on Monday, 23 August, for not disclosing their financial statements for the second quarter (Q2) of 2021 during the specified period.

Trading will be resumed for 20 trading sessions starting from Tuesday, 24 August, following the one-day suspension, Tadawul said in a statement on Monday.

The companies are required to disclose their financial statements for Q2-21 before the end of Monday, 20 September.

If the companies did not disclose their financial statements for Q2-21 during that period, trading on the shares will be suspended again starting from Tuesday, 21 September, until they announce their financial statements.
