30 September 2013 Over 100 Industry Professionals attends the Kingdom Trigeneration Summit
Fleming Gulf's and The Trigeneration Company (NTCC)'s Kingdom Trigeneration Summit was officially inaugurated with an Opening Address by Eng. Saud Al Arifi, CEO for The Trigeneration Company (NTCC), today at Four Points by Sheraton Khaldia, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The summit hosted over 100 distinguished industry professionals from the Middle East region and discussed how trigeneration technology has a positive impact on the environment alongside tangible benefits when it comes down to energy-cost savings.
The summit witnessed opening remarks from Hisham F Alhegelan, CEO of Intelligent Energy Solutions, The Trigeneration Company (NTCC) who was also the chairperson for the event followed by a Key Note Address on Trigeneration, Its Role in Shaping KSA Future Energy Solutions by Eng. Nasser Al Qahtani, ECRA Vice Governor - Regulatory Affairs.
Day 1 of the event saw presentations from Habeebullah Khan, Business Development Director of Source Energy, The Trigeneration Company (NTCC), Dr. Steffen Hauf, CEO / President of Aprovis Energy Systems GmBH, Ibrahim al Naimi, CEO of 3E, Matthias Rebhan, Managing Director of Sipos Aktorik, Jim Phene Business Development Director of LAKOS Seperation and Filtration Systems, Huub Hubregtse, Managing Director of ACC Team, Jason Jian, General Manager from Broad Air Con International, Dr. Khalil Issa, Managing Director of ADC Energy Systems , Ghaleb Abusaa, Director, of EN3 Solutions and Eng. Hisham Khayyat, Projects Consultant from King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The day concluded with a panel discussion on Implementing Trigeneration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and what are the key challenges ahead for it.
Day 2 of the summit will see panel discussions and presentations from senior technology leaders of DC Pro Engineering, Intelligent Energy Solutions, The Trigeneration Company (NTCC), Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, UGL Services, NALCO Gulf Ltd., Sterling and Wilson, Thermax Limited, King Fahd University for Petroleum and Minerals, SPIG Middle East and King Saud University. Looking at the spurt in demand for cooling and re-generative technologies for power in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, trigeneration can play a vital role in sustaining the energy requirement for the region.
