Ras Al Khaimah: Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) has today unveiled the new RAKEZ Service Centre – Al Nakheel located in its headquarters in Ras Al Khaimah. The one-stop shop houses the economic zone’s wide-ranging services under one roof, from visa, licensing and leasing to an array of support services, providing its clients the convenience of processing applications in a single location.

“Our goal here is to offer a simplified and seamless service delivery to our clients. One of the ways we are doing this is through one-stop shop service centres, wherein they can access various services and complete applications without leaving the building,” said Ramy Jallad, Group CEO of RAKEZ. “I’m very happy with the launching of RAKEZ Service Centre – Al Nakheel, the second one-stop shop we introduced this year following the opening of Al Hamra service centre last January. These infrastructure have been developed with our clients’ happiness in mind, highlighting our commitment to providing an enabling environment for their business.”

“RAKEZ Service Centre – Al Nakheel is yet another addition to our portfolio of milestones, but we are very persistent. So you can expect us to embark on more projects that will foster the growth of our clients. Turning our Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices to become full service centres is already in the pipeline, plus there’s more – our services will be automated real soon. You better stay tuned!” said Mr Jallad added.
