Dubai: The real estate and properties transactions valued at AED 7.4 billion in total during the week ending 09 December 2021. The sum of transactions was 2,077.

113 plots were sold for AED 606.56 million, 1,531 apartments and villas were sold for AED 3.54 billion.

The top three transactions were a land in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid sold for AED 57.94 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 45 million in Palm Jumeirah, and a land sold for AED 57.94 million in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid in third place.

Jabal Ali First recorded the most transactions for this week by 28 sales transactions worth AED 87.48 million, followed by Al Yufrah 2 with 13 sales transactions worth AED 16.03 million, and Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 11 sales transactions worth AED 203 million in third place.

The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for AED 371 million in Burj Khalifa, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED 355 million in Marsa Dubai, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for AED 339 million in Palm Jumeirah.

The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 3.01 billion, with the highest being a land in Al Warqa Fourth, mortgaged for AED 568 million.

107 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 267 million.
