Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved offering Sumou Real Estate Company's shares on the Nomu- Parallel Market, according to a statement by the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

Sumou is offering 7.5 million shares, representing 30% of the Company's share capital in the parallel market.

The offer will be confined to Qualified Investors stipulated in the Glossary of Defined Terms Used in the Regulations and Rules of the CMA.

The prospectus will be published within sufficient time prior to the start of the offering, the statement noted.
