MOSCOW- Russian metals and fertiliser producers will provide additional proceeds to the 2022 budget due to tax changes that the finance ministry is fine-tuning now, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov told a government meeting on Tuesday.

Moscow is considering imposing a mineral extraction tax (MET) linked to global prices on producers of ferrous metals and fertilisers, as well as on ore mined by Nornickel, sources familiar with ongoing discussions have said.
