Egypt - The board of directors of Arab Dairy Products Company (Panda) (ADCP) approved increasing the issued and paid-up capital by EGP 130 million, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange on July 13th.

The capital will be raised to EGP 290 million from EGP 160 million through the issuance of 130 million shares at a nominal value of EGP 1 per share.

The decision will be referred to the company's ordinary general assembly (OGM) for approval.

In 2020, the company suffered a consolidated net profit of EGP 15.62 million

Arab Dairy is an Egypt-based company engaged in the dairy industry. The company exports its products to Middle Eastern countries, such as Lebanon, Jordan, Libya, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait.
