Bahrain-based developer Diyar Al Muharraq announced on Tuesday the start of secondary infrastructure works within their freehold residential plots project, Mozoon, will commence towards the end of August 2021.

A 12-month contract for secondary infrastructure works has been awarded to Hafeera Contracting following the completion of primary infrastructure works, the developer said in a press statement.

"Mozoon is considered one of the most prominent projects, as it consists of luxurious residential plots with exceptional views from the heart of the city, which are available for sale on a freehold basis for all nationalities,” said Ahmed Al Ammadi, Chief Executive Officer of Diyar Al Muharraq.

The scope of the works includes road paving and lighting works, electrical distribution cables, water and telecommunications networks, sewer and stormwater systems, irrigation networks, and electrical substations.
