Manama :  Mentorship Forum Middle East today announced that as part of the upcoming Forum taking place in the Kingdom of Bahrain on 25 November 2019 it will be offering corporates a workshop on how to develop dynamic internal mentorship programmes as part of this year’s theme “Harnessing the Power of Mentorship”.

The Forum, which is being held in Strategic Partnership with Tamkeen and National Bank of Bahrain, aims not only to feature discussions highlighting  the benefits of mentorship and the important role that it can play in accelerating human capital development and the realisation of national and corporate goals for sustainable growth but also to offer practical help and guidance for putting in place mentorship successful, best practice mentorship schemes.

The workshop, entitled “Developing Successful New Internal Mentorship Programmes” will be delivered by senior Saudi Aramco human capital development specialists Mr. Alberto Ramirez, HR Development Center, FSD Business Academy Finance, Strategy and Development and Ms. Karina Chapa, Mentorship Program Manager.

The Forum expects participation from more than 200 participants including senior regional HR leaders and mentorship experts and has already attracted a high level group of speakers and panelists. Kicking off the event will be an address from HE Mr. Khalid Al Rumaihi, CEO of Mumtalakat, and a keynote address on mentorship by Ms. Rana Salhab, Regional Talent & Communications Partner, Deloitte Middle East.

The Forum is further set to feature a strong roster of C-suite leaders, which thus far include CEOs of the National Bank of Bahrain, the Forum’s Lead Partner, Aluminium Bahrain, Gulf International Bank, SICO, Tasnee, APM Terminals and EMIC Training as well as other senior leaders from the World Bank, JP Morgan Corporate & Investment Bank, Invesco and Gulf Air, among others.
