Dubai, United Arab Emirates :   APPSTIRR, the UAE’s leading software development company, is proud to announce its newest project, MORFOW, Dubai's first SaaS-based solution for Real Estate Developers. MORFOW addresses the complex process of managing clients and real estate projects with four basic steps, including lead management, client account administration, invoicing and receipts, and online payments.

The award-winning product-centric software development company, APPSTIRR made its entrance into the UAE’s market following the city’s boom in technology and digital transformation, offering premium application development across a variety of platforms for a better user experience, adding its latest application, MORFOW, to address the influx of property developments across the GCC.

According to Dubai’s Department of Economic Development, EXPO 2020 has significantly increased the real estate sector, with a market growth of 3.1% for 2021 and a forecasted minimum 3.4% increase in 2022, it's fair to assume the surge will continue. “Dubai recorded 37,537 sales transactions worth Dh88.12 billion ($23.99bn) in the eight months of this year, up 22.61 per cent compared with the whole of last year, according to the listings portal Property Finder”, and although developers have welcome the demand, the challenge is in the usage of multiple software platforms to manage the influx of transactions and clientele.

MORFOW was strategically developed as a comprehensive one-stop solution to manage the complete product life cycle that can uplift the performance of any real estate developers and their wide array of operations by offering real estate developers a scalable backend platform to manage transactions and maintain their project records for sustainable security of clients’ information. This state-of-the-art, end-to-end system provides the latest features for real estate sales, accounting, and marketing teams to be able to carry out their core responsibilities efficiently and achieve their targets. It will provide real estate businesses with more traction to increase sales, grow business and improve upon their customer base.

The software solution includes offerings such as a Finance Cloud, which will automatically send reminders to clients for their upcoming payments, invoicing structures, accounting reports such as Profit/Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statements, Balance Sheets, and more. The Sales Cloud includes real estate sales representatives who can sell properties online and mark them on the map to identify a property that has been sold or booked. Using the Sales Cloud, real estate developers will be able to compare the targeted sales per month, with actual sales made per month.

The Construction Cloud provides the ability to upload pictures of the construction site while also providing a timeline for each project. The Legal Cloud allows real estate developers to save all documents online, the cloud-based data vault is encrypted with high-grade security to keep all the data and information safe. Using the Marketing Cloud, managers can generate potential leads through a variety of marketing campaigns or programs, with the ability to do email marketing by automatically sending emails to potential clients. The Mobile Application for customers will allow clients to view updates, pay invoices and update their client information all with the click of a button.

Chief Strategy Officer for APPSTIRR Dubai, Hady Sheikh, comments, “During Morfow’s pilot phase with a UK-based developer, the developer managed to reduce their administrative and customer service overhead by up to 80.0%. That company currently manages 10,000 units through MORFOW and has more than 2,000 clients using their application. We truly believe MORFOW is an added value to the real estate industry. Developers now have access to software that will assist them in seamlessly integrating their clients and the business which, in turn, should positively contribute to their overall efficiency.”
