UAE-based Etisalat, a leading telecom group, has announced the launch of the region’s first-of-its-kind mobile service centre, offering real-time visibility and control over business customers’ mobile usage all conveniently accessible online.

This feature, available on Etisalat’s Business Online Portal, allows customers to manage their mobile accounts, check their subscription details and usage consumption, as well as receive real time alerts on high allowance utilisation and provide service subscription recommendations in order for the company admin to take action.

They can also create custom rules to trigger automated actions or notifications to avoid unexpected out of bundle usage charges and ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

Esam Mahmoud, Senior Vice President, Small and Medium Business, Etisalat, said: “We are pleased to introduce the region’s first-of-its-kind Mobile Service Centre, which provides business customers the flexibility to manage their accounts at their convenience online and the transparency to view all their subscribed services and usage details. Today’s launch is part of Etisalat’s continuous efforts to empower businesses with scalable and tailored advanced solutions to grow their business and increase revenue while managing their costs.”

Company admins can customise their mobile setting per employee needs and take real time action based on the customised usage rules they have set. – TradeArabia News Service
