Cairo –  The consolidated financial results of CI Capital Holding for Financial Investments reported a 26.62% year-on-year profit increase during the first nine months of 2019.

Net profits surged to EGP 381.07 million during the nine-month period ended 30 September, compared to EGP 300.95 million in the corresponding period a year earlier, including minority shareholders’ rights, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Monday.

Meanwhile, the company’s operating revenues rose to EGP 1.723 billion in the January-September period from EGP 1.286 billion in the year-ago period.

At the level of standalone business, CI Capital logged a net profit of EGP 94.39 million in the first nine months of the year, compared to EGP 35.25 million a year earlier.

It is noteworthy that during the first half of 2019, the EGX-listed firm’s net profits hiked to EGP 235.24 million, compared to EGP 169.67 million in H1-18.
