Through its website, Khedmah provides a dedicated platform known as “Corporate Relations and Recovery Cell” that delivers customized services to corporate clients. These services include paying and tracking electricity, water, telecommunication and internet bills from different service providers, such as, Awasr, Omantel and Ooredoo. It also provides easier payment options such as bank transfer into OIFC's designated bank accounts, Khedmah branches, Khedmah phone app, website and kiosks. Khedmah also arranges for the collection of payments from the company door step with a POS machine in case if they wish to pay using a debit/credit card.

In order to easily track payment, the portal provides prompt reflection of payments through OIFC’s online cashiering system. Additionally, customers can avail other services such as bill copies, statement of accounts & other related details by facsimile or by e-mail whenever needed.
