Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Dubai:  The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) signed today a MOU with the Dubai Government Human Resources Development (DGHR) to rotate national workforce between government and private departments and to train frontline DHA employees.

The aim of the MoU is to develop employee expertise through structured on‐the‐job training and to provide them with experience across various entities.

The MoU is part of a series of MoU’s that DGHR signed with various private and governmental entities to strengthen and develop national talent.

HE Abdulla Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director-General of DGHR signed MoU’s with HE Humaid Al Qutami, Director General of the DHA, HE Ahmed Mahboob Misbah, Director General of Dubai Customs, HE Arif Al Muhairi, Executive Director of Dubai Statistics Centre (DSC) and Hesham Abdulla Al Qassim, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Emirates NBD Bank.

The MoU’s will help develop national talent, increase organizational capacities and skills, help build stronger employee networks and improve employee motivation and morale.
