Oman Brunei Investment Company SAOC plans to develop The Wave Muscat, a mixed use and residential development in Muscat, Oman. The project will occupy a total area of 2.5 million sq. m. and stretch along approximately 6 km of natural beach, and 2 km breakwater. The development covers the construction of 4,000 residential units( townhouses, villas); a 400 - berth marina and a yacht cluba. Al Marsa village which will include shopping malls, dining areas, leisure and entertainment area, landscaped parks, apartments, restaurants, 4-star boutique hotels, and Almeria East residential area of 92 apartments, 3 boutique buildings, underground parking space, cafes and restaurants; a 900,000 cu.m. 18-hole golf course, also known as Almouj golf with adjoining country club; a 5 star Kempinski hotel (309 rooms). OBM International is the master plan, Alexandros N. Tombazis and Triad Oman Consultants International Company International are the architects, WS Atkins International & Co. LLC is the engineering consultant of the breakwater, Parsons International Limited - Abu Dhabi is the landscape consultant, Greg Norman is the golf course design consultant.
