Background

Angolan Ministry of Transportation planned to develop Angola National Road 230 First-stage Restoration Project, in Malanje, Angola. CRBC was the construction contractor. The project covered the renovation of a 60 km highway. National Highway 230 was the main road connecting Angola’s largest port, Luanda, and the largest mining province, Luanda Sul. After completed, the project would greatly improve the transportation conditions of local residents and improve the local economic level.
