Doha, Qatar: United Development Company (UDC), one of Qatar’s leading public shareholding companies and master developer of The Pearl-Qatar, has announced its participation in Cityscape Qatar 2018. The event, in its 7th edition, will be held under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, from 22 to 25 April at the Doha Convention and Exhibition Center.
 
Throughout the four-day event, UDC will showcase its various real estate projects and familiarize investors from Qatar and abroad with a range of investment opportunities. The company will also unveil its latest construction project; a new island being developed alongside The Pearl-Qatar as part of UDC’s five-year sustainable growth strategy, offering a new investment and residential venture on the promising local market.
 
Cityscape Qatar 2018 will also feature the launch of UDC’s sale of a mix of properties at Giardino Village precinct, located at The Pearl. These include villa plots and low-rise building lots comprising a ground floor and three or five stories as well as under construction villas. Giardino Village is a highly prized residential district featuring beautiful gardens and a private living space for residents.

Al Mutahidah Towers consist of high-end connected towers offering accommodation units of various dimensions including studios, luxury apartments as well as high-level penthouses. The towers also boast panoramic sea-views and direct access to the beach.
 
Participants in Cityscape 2018 can visit UDC’s pavilion and meet with the company’s specialized sales team to learn more about existing investment opportunities, the characteristics of UDC’s various projects and the company’s latest commercial and residential projects on the island. Throughout the four-day event, the company will also unveil a number of attractive promotional offers to visitors, and will offer investors, buyers and tenants various discounts on its diverse mix of residential and commercial units.
