Luxury residential and hospitality property developer Seven Tides has launched attractive new rental rates, with a two-month rent free period, valid until the 31st March 2021, for new tenants at Discovery Gardens and The Residences at Ibn Battuta Gate.

“Potential tenants interested in The Residences at Ibn Battuta Gate, for example, can lease a 700 sqft, one-bedroom apartment with balcony, for only AED 59,000 or alternatively a 1027-1173 sqft two-bedroom apartment with balcony, for just AED 79,000 – both spread over 14 months and inclusive of utilities, chiller fees, Wi-Fi and Cable TV and there is also a furnished option available,” said Abdulla bin Sulayem, CEO, Seven Tides.

Tenants can also take advantage of a 20% food and beverage discount at the adjacent five-star Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai Hotel. In addition, the popular Ibn Battuta Mall, the largest themed mall in the world which has close to 400 stores as well as a multi-screen cinema and a comprehensive food court, is only a short walk away.

Meanwhile, at Discovery Gardens, Seven Tides’ modern residential community that offers a cosmopolitan style of living, new tenants can secure a one-bedroom apartment with balcony for as little as AED 44,000 spread over 14 months and inclusive of chiller fees.

Looking at the lifestyle choices, Discovery Gardens features a host of swimming pools, tennis courts, children’s play areas, basketball and volleyball courts, as well as a mosque, and trails for both cycling and jogging.

According to regional economists, the UAE will experience a more pronounced rebound in the second half of 2021, after an accelerated vaccine rollout enabling increased commercial activity, as well as the economic stimulus provided by the opening of the Expo 2020. A weaker dollar should also make Dubai more affordable for UK, EU and Indian visitors, which should help the travel and tourism sectors, assuming that travel restrictions will be gradually lifted as more people globally receive the vaccine.

“Given the success of the vaccine rollout in the UAE, which is providing the government, the business community and the UAE public in general, with a great deal of optimism, these promotional packages represent great value for money, locking in this exceptional rate until April and May 2022.

“Their prime location also provides quick and easy access to Expo 2020, Dubai South and Al Maktoum International Airport, via the Metro or 15 minutes by car,” added bin Sulayem.
