Dubai, United Arab Emirates -  AVIAREPS, the global leader and expert in growing and developing outbound tourism, aviation and hospitality demand and spend, with a portfolio of more than 100 airlines and 250 travel and tourism clients worldwide, has announced its 2019 AVIAREPS Middle East Travel Caravan to be dated on 16th September in Riyadh at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 17th in Dammam at the Le Meridien Hotel and 18th September in Jeddah at the  Radisson Blu Hotel.

The second leg of the AVIAREPS Middle East Caravan will take place in Doha on the 14th October 15th in Kuwait and in Bahrain on the 16th November.

The final leg will take place in Dubai on the 12th November and in Abu Dhabi on the 13th November 2019.

The AVIAREPS Middle East Travel Caravan is back for 2019 with an exclusive and well-known travel calendar of travel industry networking events that brings together some of the world’s leading destination, aviation and tourism brands under one roof with opportunities for the partners to meet directly with the region’s leading travel agents and travel industry decision makers.

Now in its fourth edition, AVIAREPS Middle East Travel Caravan wants to offer all players in the tourism, hospitality and aviation industries one to one meetings with major buyers in the outbound travel market, product development managers, general managers, sales managers and MICE specialists. The format includes scheduled meetings and free one-to-one meetings that allow those who are preparing to enter the market and those who are already there to test and expand their presence, network and sales in the region.

Says Glenn Johnston, General Manager, AVIAREPS Middle East: “Outbound travel from the Gulf Countries continues to grow year on year. Not only do travellers from the Gulf countries tend to travel more often than others, but they also overwhelmingly tend to stay longer and have one of the world’s highest average daily spends while travelling. The luxury travel segment is particularly strong, as too is MICE travel, providing a multitude of opportunities for entities seeking to diversify their client mix.”

Johnston continues; “For the 2019 Roadshow we carry together a mix of different supplier types; some new, some established, and some well-known. Personal networks and ongoing connections remain an essential ingredient for business success within our region. A key focus for us is to ensure that through our well-established industry networks both co-participants and our carefully selected Middle Eastern outbound partners see a return on their investment and a growth in their business. That is our commitment to these events.”

The AVIAREPS Road Show is an exclusive travel and tourism industry event, and it is open to the participation of all national, regional, and city tourism promotion boards, airlines, hotels, travel service companies and tour operators seeking to meet with the leading outbound tourism decision makers of the Middle East.
