It's not Bob the Builder, but rather, a humanoid robot that does construction work. The HRP-5P is a prototype. The builder of this robot that builds is AIST, Japan's National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
In this AIST video, the robot lifts a plasterboard sheet, transports it, then uses an electric screwdriver to affix it to a frame.
AIST says the humanoids can carry out heavy manual labor in a rapidly aging society. And it could help the construction industry that its struggling with a labor shortage.
