ABU DHABI - The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) has agreed to register 'Reem Investments' as a company engaged in the real estate business under local private joint stock companies (PJSC), and to have it subsequently listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange's Secondary Market.

This brings the number of PJSCs registered with SCA to eight. The SCA announced trading on the Secondary market in September 2014 under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.

The market trading started in November of the same year for private companies only, with public joint stock companies trading on ADX and Dubai Financial Market.
