Tadawul approves moving Arab Sea to main market

Trading the company's shares has been suspended from Sunday 12 April to start with the transfer procedures

  

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has approved the request of Arab Sea Information System Company to transfer from the parallel market to the main market.

Trading the company's shares has been suspended from Sunday 12 April to start with the transfer procedures, for a period not exceeding five trading sessions, according to a bourse statement.

It is worth noting that the company has a capital of SAR 100 million distributed over 10 million shares.
