Riyadh – The Saudi Automotive Services Company (SASCO) registered net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 24.09 million in the first half (H1) of 2021, higher by 91.7% than SAR 12.56 million in H1-20.

The profit per share stood at SAR 0.4 in H1-21, compared to SAR 0.21 in H1-20, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Revenues surged by 81.8% to SAR 1.7 billion in H1-21 from SAR 938.44 million in H1-20.

In the second quarter (Q2) of 2021, SASCO achieved a 172% jump in net profits to SAR 12.08 million from SAR 4.44 million in Q2-20. The revenues soared by 221.4% to SAR 955.86 million from SAR 297.37 million.

On a quarterly basis, the company’s net profits in Q2-21 were marginally up by 0.58% from SAR 12.01 million in Q1-21, while the revenues increased by 27% from SAR 750.54 million.
