Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Ras Al Khaimah Ceramics (RAK Ceramics) has approved paying cash dividends, equivalent to 7.5% of the capital, for 2020.

The cash dividend distribution stands at 7.5 fils per share, aggregating at a total amount of AED 74.527 million, according to the company's disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Wednesday.

The shareholders have set the last entitlement date on 7 April 2021 and the payment date within one month from the OGM date.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, RAK Ceramics saw net losses attributable to the owners of AED 129.72 million, compared to AED 164.378 million net profits in 2019.
