HAMBURG/CAIRO- Jordan's state grains buyer purchased 60,000 tonnes of hard milling wheat to be sourced from optional origins in a tender which closed on Wednesday, traders said.

It was bought from trading house Nibulon at $273.30 a tonne c&f for shipment in the second half of August 2021, they said.

Three other trading houses participated in the tender, Ameropa which offered $282.95 a tonne c&f, Viterra which offered $286.00 a tonne c&f while the price offered by Cerealcom Dolj was not disclosed.

A new tender is expected to be issued closing next week for September and October shipment.
