Egypt - The business volume of Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt (FAIT) reached EGP 125.835 billion by the end of June 2021, according to the bank’s statement to the Egyptian Exchange on August 16th.

This indicates a 13% Year on Year (YoY) growth compared to EGP 111.168 billion in June 2020.

Total assets rose by 14.8% YoY to EGP 124.098 billion in June 2021, compared to EGP 108.135 billion in June 2020.

The bank’s current and saving accounts grew 14.1% YoY to EGP 105.109 billion in June 2021.

Faisal Islamic Bank posted a standalone net profit of EGP 1.017 billion in Half one of 2021.

Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt is a financial institution that offers banking and investment services in accordance to Islamic Sharia principles through its head office and 27 branches located across the country.
