Egypt - Alexandria Mineral Oils Company (AMOC) announced that it will distribute cash dividends worth a total of EGP 193.72 million to shareholders for fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021, equivalent to EGP 0.15 per share, according to a statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

The dividends will be paid as of October 21st, 2021, with eligibility for shareholders on a record date of October 18h, 2021, AMOC pointed out.

It is worth noting that AMOC turned profitable in FY 2020/2021, with a consolidated net profit before minority interest of EGP 485.66 million, versus a net loss of EGP 488.28 million in FY 2019/2020.

AMOC is an Egypt-based company that operates in the petroleum industry. The company specializes in the production of essential mineral oils, paraffin wax and its derivatives, naphtha, and butane, as well as distributes and markets them in Egypt and abroad.
