LONDON: Saudi Arabia announced 4 deaths from COVID-19 and 216 new infections on Wednesday.

Of the new cases, 84 were recorded in Riyadh, 45 in the Eastern Province, 43 in Makkah, nine in Najran, eight in Asir, seven in Madinah and two in Jazan.

The total number of recoveries in the Kingdom increased to 358,545 after 205 more patients recovered from the virus.

A total of 6,363 people have succumbed to the virus in the Kingdom so far.
