Etihad Airways will be celebrating the UAE’s Golden Jubilee with up to 50% reduction on fares, the UAE national airline’s biggest online sale ever.

Available only on etihad.com and through travel agents, the sale will run from 10 pm today (November 29) and will end at midnight December 1, for travel until June 14, 2022.
Guests can also book now, and change their flights later with no additional costs, for total peace of mind, the airline said.

In the airline’s 50-hour sale, guests can fly to any of Etihad’s select destinations, such as London, Barcelona, Doha, Rome and Singapore, with fares starting as low as AED695 in Economy and AED2,495 in Business.

Travellers wishing to explore Rome in Etihad’s Business suites can take advantage of the sale from as little as AED9,995, or travel in Economy from AED1,795. Economy fares to Amman and Colombo start at AED995.

Meanwhile, travellers flying over the National Day holidays will be treated to traditional Emirati cuisine on board Etihad and in the airline’s lounges at Abu Dhabi International Airport. Junior guests can enjoy the exclusive dessert designed by the Youngest Emirati Chef, Aysha Al Obeidli, as part of the airline’s 50th anniversary celebrations. Chef Aysha designed the traditional Chabab pancakes inspired by the UAE’s national flag, the airline said.

In a special commemoration of the UAE’s anniversary, guests travelling on National Day will also be given a limited edition notebook designed by Emirati artist Maitha Demithan. The notebook features a stunning illustration showing the growth of Abu Dhabi from the desert sands to the thriving city it is today, and looking forward to the future as the country continues to prosper.

Etihad Wellness
Flying with Etihad is supported by the Etihad Wellness programme which has been introduced to help limit the spread of Covid-19. Etihad was the first airline in the world to fully vaccinate its crew on board. Etihad also requires 100% of its passengers to show a negative PCR test before boarding to protect the inflight environment, which is now recognised to be one of the best in the world. All passengers travelling with Etihad receive Covid-19 insurance, which is valid for travel until March 31, 2022.
