KUWAIT CITY: The Residency Affairs Department in the Interior Ministry clarified recently that the issuance of dependent or family visas (Article 22) and tourist or commercial visit visas (Article 14) for the immediate family members of some expatriates with medical and educational specializations is in compliance with the instruction of the Council of Ministers, reports Al-Qabas daily.

A source from the security sector confirmed that entry visas were issued to a small number of visitors in the last two days; affirming these visitors met all the conditions for issuing entry visas based on the residential address in the civil identification card of the applicant.
