Bounce Middle East is set to open the world’s first female only trampoline park in Riyadh in December this year and is looking for talented ladies who want a career with a difference where they can spend most of their days flying through the air and teaching customers some of the incredible skills they have been trained in.

The unique interview process will be held in the format of X-Factor auditions where candidates will be asked to demonstrate tricks and impress the recruiters with their personality.

Those that are successful could become part of the become one of the renowned BOUNCE Tribe as a backroom staff, safety officials or even go onto become a host trainer, whose jumps, flips and tricks wow the crowds across the Middle East on a daily basis in Jeddah, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain.

Mashael Attieh, Managing Partner of BOUNCE Saudi Arabia, said: “This is not a normal job or a normal interview, but we don’t do normal at BOUNCE!”

“This could be the absolute dream job for someone looking to work in a fun and active environment. We’re looking for talented people, with big personalities and a drive to develop new skills that they want to help teach to their customers. There’s no other job like it!”

BOUNCE held its first recruitment drive over the summer and received more than 5000 registrations, the highest number of applicants in BOUNCE history. BOUNCE is currently on-boarding over 30 talented women of which 65% are Saudi nationals.

Doran Davies, CEO of BOUNCE Middle East, said: “Recruiting from the local community is a very important part of launching in Riyadh as is it helps us give something back to the community as well as allows us the chance to find undiscovered talent in the city.

“Our first recruitment drive was very successful both in terms of the number of potential recruits and the extremely high level of talent we were fortunate enough to see. We have several places left in the ‘BOUNCE tribe’, but they are filling up fast so if there are ladies in Riyadh who want to work somewhere totally unique, I’d advise them to get their application in fast.

BOUNCE will open the 3,000 square meter high-energy trampoline park and X-Park obstacle course in the capital later this year, following a hugely successful launch in Jeddah in 2017.

Ladies of all ages and abilities in Riyadh will be able literally fly through the air, bounce off the walls and train as ninjas in the converted warehouse on main East/West Road. The venue will be packed with over 80 interconnected trampolines, a dodgeball arena, slam dunk basketball, huge inflatable air bag and the famous X-Park. The venue will feature plenty of other entertainment options for the ladies of Riyadh. — SG
