Hala Bahrain, the premium hospitality service provider at Bahrain International Airport (BIA), has signed a partnership agreement with meet and greet services company DiamondAir, said a report.

Under the partnership, DiamondAir will ensure the availability of Hala Bahrain's service at more than 500 airports worldwide, BNA reported.

DiamondAir will also offer Hala Bahrain’s services to its customers arriving in the kingdom, the report said, citing a statement from Bahrain Airport Company (BAC).

BAC chief commercial officer Ayman Zainal said: “Partnering with DiamondAir is a proud achievement that will allow us to provide an endless, high-quality service that enhances the travel experience beyond the boundaries of BIA. The agreement will enable customers to arrange the services they require for their entire journeys through a single channel, removing the stress of dealing with different companies. We look forward to working together to deliver the trademark hospitality that Bahrain is known."

DiamondAir Founder & Managing Director, Christina Lawford said: "We are pleased to partner with Hala Bahrain, which we strongly believe will serve both sides well. Whether passengers are travelling to or from Bahrain, we are confident they will enjoy a hassle-free airport experience and a consistent high level of service. We continue to add more destinations to our network, and having reliable partners, such as Hala Bahrain, give us a high level of confidence in doing so.”

With more than 30 year’s of experience in its field, DiamondAir offers premium meet and assist services that are designed to ensure a seamless and stress-free travel experience for arriving and departing passengers.

Hala Bahrain will manage two lounges at the new Passenger Terminal Building - one in the main Departure Area covering approximately 2,800-sq-m, and another in the Arrivals Area spanning 300-sq-m.
