ArabFinance: The Export Development Bank of Egypt (EDBE) (EXPA) will distribute annual cash dividends of EGP 0.2 per share on July 12th, according to the company’s statement filed the Egyptian Exchange.

The company stated the dividend will be disbursed to the shareholders recorded on July 11th.

EDBE manages and markets joint financing worth EGP 1 billion to Badr El Din Real Estate Projects company.

The listed bank is an Egypt-based public shareholding company that operates in the banking sector. The bank offers banking and financial services, which encourage the export activities of the agricultural, industrial, commercial, and services sectors.
