ArabFinance: Crdit Agricole Egypt signed a cooperation protocol with Dsquares to tap the loyalty services provider, according to the bank Facebook page.

DSquares will launch the banks new loyalty program named Happy Points to reward its clients.

DSquare will design technological solutions for the program.

Crdit Agricole Egypt is expected to be negatively impacted by the Central Bank of Egypts recent decision to prohibit dividend payouts.

It distributed annual cash dividends of EGP 3.420 per share on April 30th to the shareholders recorded on April 27th.

Launched in 1996 and listed on the EGX in 2006, Crdit Agricole Egypt has subsidiaries operating across Egypt, working on commercial and professional services, in addition to thrifts and mortgage finance.
