Dubai – Ajman Bank concluded an agreement with Avanza Solutions to establish a complete omnichannel platform with the aim to revolutionize its banking experience through a digital banking solution and an orchestration engine.

The agreement was signed by the CEO of Avanza Solutions, Mahmood Kapurwala, and the Head of Consumer Banking at Ajman Bank, Kashif Amin Thakkur.

The milestone digital platform provides holistic customer experience, Thakkur said, adding that the partnership will pave the way for an easy customer journey through an innovative and comprehensive suite of digital banking capabilities, according to a press release on Tuesday.

Considered as a major advance in Ajman Bank’s digitalization journey, the latest development will guarantee customers a fresh user experience through all digital channels. It will further enable them to access the bank’s services, including rewards platform, deals, and discounts through a single sign-on.

Avanza’s Symmetry, an omnichannel digital banking platform, consists of its flagship solution 'Rendezvous', an enterprise orchestration engine; and Ambit box, a comprehensive online banking platform for both retail and corporate banking services with native mobile applications.
