National carrier Oman Air will soon start operating flights to Cairo, Paris and London for those who wish to return to their home countries. Commercial flights to and from Oman had been halted due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

“Oman Air will be operating two special flights between Muscat–Cairo–Muscat on 19 and 21 June. Oman Air will be operating a special flight between Muscat–Paris–Muscat on Friday, 26th June and a special flight between Muscat – London – Muscat on Monday, 22nd June,” according to a statement from Oman Air.

Passengers landing in London, Cairo and Paris will have to follow quarantine regulations, as per the respective governments' directive.

The airline said that it will provide cabin crew with disposable full-body personal protective equipment (PPE), including a mask, face shield and gloves, which they will wear over their uniforms.
